Swift Tech LLC Purchase Order Terms and Conditions are as follows:

Requirements regarding the need for the supplier to:

1. Supplier must show competence, including any required qualification of persons.
2. Notify Swift Tech LLC of requirements for interactions with the organization.
3. Control and monitor performance metrics
4. Notify Swift Tech LLC of verification or validation activities that the supplier, or its customer, intends to perform at the Swift Tech LLC premises.
5. Control test, inspection, and verification processes.
6. Maintain a procedure for the use of statistical techniques for product acceptance and related instructions for acceptance by the organization
7. Supplier must adhere to the following quality requirements:
1. Implement a quality management system.
2. Use customer-designated or approved external providers, including process sources (e.g., special processes) when applicable.
3. Notify the organization of nonconforming processes, products, or services and obtain approval for their disposition.
4. Prevent the use of suspected unapproved, unapproved, and counterfeit parts.
5. Notify the organization of changes to processes, products, or services, including changes of their external providers or location of manufacture; and when required, obtain Swift Tech LLC approval.
6. Flow down to external providers applicable requirements including customer requirements;
7. Provide a certificate of conformity, test reports, or authorized release certificate, as applicable;
8. Retain documented information, including retention periods and disposition requirements;
8. Right of Access by Swift Tech LLC, their customer and regulatory authorities to applicable areas of all facilities, at any level of the supply chain involved in the order and to all applicable records.
9. Supplier must ensure all employees are aware of the following:
1. Their contribution to product or service conformity.
2. Their contribution to product safety.
3. The importance of ethical behavior.
10. Swift Tech LLC does not accept Styrofoam packing in any shipments of products.
11. Swift Tech LLC requires hand counting of all products delivered to avoid any shortages or overages.
12. Swift Tech reserves the right to cancel any order due to delinquent delivery of goods purchased.
